Stamina Stars

Introducing Stamina Stars, for ages 2yrs-5yrs. Our mini classes provide a well-rounded dance education, focusing on coordination, balance, creativity, dance foundations, enjoyment, confidence, and social skills. This approach nurtures physical, emotional, and social development, cultivating a passion for dance and teaching valuable life skills to your child.
Solo's and Duo's

Whether solo or in a dynamic duo, our instructors craft routines that highlight your talent, creativity, and stage presence.
Weekly Open Classes

Stamina hosts weekly open classes for dancers aged 14 and above, providing an extra push in their training with renowned choreographers. These sessions offer invaluable industry experience to our participants.
